The processing of micro-holes and ultra-micro-holes on printed circuit boards (PCB) has become a mainstream trend, and technical indicators that directly affect product performance, such as hole position accuracy and hole wall roughness. In the process of drilling, the aluminium pcb sheet mainly plays the role of heat dissipation, ensuring the accuracy of the hole position and the roughness of the hole wall. In the specific use, the surface of the aluminum drilling sheet must be clean, smooth and intact, ensure the sheet is firmly fixed without looseness, and should be tightly packed with the production plate to ensure the stability of the drill bit when drilling.
 
The role of the aluminium pcb sheet in the drilling of the PCB as an important auxiliary material, the aluminum sheet mainly plays 5 roles: 
(1) Protect the copper foil surface of the copper clad plate to prevent the presser foot from being crushed; 
(2) Fix the drill bit to reduce the deviation, sway and position of the drill bit when drilling, improve the accuracy of the hole position and prevent the drill bit from breaking; 
(3) The aluminum drilling entry sheet can buffer the drill bit impact, reducing the wear and breakage of drill bit; 
(4) Assisting the substrate to dissipate heat and reduce the temperature of the drill bit, thereby improving the quality of the drill hole; 
(5) Reduce substrate entry burrs and prevent substrate from being emitted.
